Using Pencil

Pencil is a mixed-reality drawing and educational app provided by Lead Head Studio. It is intended to help users learn, practice, and enjoy drawing through interactive lessons, references, and creative tools.

You may use Pencil for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the app or its content.

Your Artwork

You retain ownership of the original artwork you create while using Pencil. Using Pencil does not give us ownership of your drawings.

Lessons, reference materials, graphics, models, software, branding, and other content included with Pencil remain the property of Lead Head Studio or their respective licensors.

Mixed-Reality Safety

Pencil uses mixed reality and may require you to interact with physical objects and move within your surroundings.

Always use Pencil in a safe area and remain aware of furniture, walls, people, pets, and other obstacles. Follow the safety instructions provided by your headset manufacturer.

You are responsible for using the app safely and for maintaining awareness of your physical surroundings.

Purchases & Refunds

Purchases made through the Meta Horizon Store or another third-party platform are also subject to that platform's payment and refund policies.

Any optional paid content, subscriptions, or additional purchases will be clearly identified before purchase.

Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, add, or remove features, lessons, or content from Pencil over time.

We cannot guarantee that Pencil will always be available, completely error-free, or compatible with every device or software version.

Disclaimer

Pencil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While Pencil is designed to help users learn and practice drawing, we do not guarantee any particular artistic, educational, or professional result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Head Studio is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, property damage, or injuries resulting from improper or unsafe use of the app.

Privacy

Your use of Pencil is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the app is handled.

Changes to These Terms
